Zambia Apron

All Chikondi (meaning “love” in Nyanja) products are designed and handmade by Zambian women through the Clothed in Hope sewing training program (clothedinhope.org). Each product is uniquely made and no two products are exactly the same in measurements or appearance.

The Emeli Ruffle Apron is made from recycled fabric and chitenge (traditional African fabric). All sourcing supports local businesses to further prove our commitment to development in Zambia.

The sale of this apron provides a valuable income for vulnerable women in Zambia. Proceeds also help fund our sewing & business training program for increased impact in Zambia through empowerment and education.
