All Chikondi (meaning “love” in Nyanja) accessories are designed and handmade by Zambian women through the Clothed in Hope sewing training program (clothedinhope.org). Each product is uniquely made and no two products are exactly the same in measurements or appearance.
The Envelope Clutch is made from traditional African fabric, chitenge, with a 100% recycled fabric lining. Button is handmade wooden. All sourcing supports local businesses to further prove our commitment to development in Zambia.
The sale of this clutch provides a valuable income for vulnerable women in Zambia. Proceeds also help fund our sewing & business training program for increased impact in Zambia through empowerment and education.
